Our story
Applicant Club originated from a simple yet compelling idea: to support aspiring students from non-English-speaking countries in gaining admission to world-class business schools on a non-profit basis. Our initiative has flourished, and in the first year, we extended complimentary coaching services to over 100 international applicants.
Throughout this enriching journey, we not only encountered numerous captivating stories from applicants but also identified barriers hindering access to their business school aspirations, such as information asymmetry, inappropriate application strategies, and mismatches between applicants and admissions consultants. Recognizing that our impact could extend beyond merely offering free assistance, we decided to address the gap in access to educational goals through a capped-profit coaching service.
The profits generated are reinvested in the creation of this website. Furthermore, we recognize that a more efficient admission consulting ecosystem is important to applicants’ success, so we aim to empower consultants to contribute more efficiently to applicants’ journeys. In the future, we are dedicated to providing continuous support to the community of international applicants and consultants.

We are dedicated to providing a wealth of information, resources, and personalized guidance that goes beyond the conventional norms. This guidance involves creating a robust knowledge-sharing platform that houses consultant reviews, real-life application stories, specific application insights, and authentic B-School experiences from international B-School students. By arming applicants with the right tools, insights, and strategies, we aim to break information asymmetry and demystify the application process, instilling confidence and enabling applicants to present their best selves to the admissions committees.
Coaching
Transparency lies at the heart of our coaching philosophy. We hope that transparency fosters trust and efficiency within our community, realizing high-quality MBA admissions coaching. Our commitment to the standardization of the coaching framework is reflected in our efforts to create Standard Operating Procedures for consulting environments to support consultants to put this method into practice, benefiting every application. On the other hand, the customization of coaching solutions is a key pillar of our coaching approach. We believe that one-size-fits-all solutions do not do justice to the individuality of our community members. Therefore, we will promote admission coaching sessions tailored to address the specific needs and challenges unique to each applicant. By advocating for empowering coaching, we aim to nurture the potential within every individual, fostering an environment where excellence is not just encouraged but expected.
